About me: I am an energetic individual who is dedicated to learning more about my field and partner fields, personal growth, and my impact on the community. My number one personal goal is to always have a positive mindset, and try to help spread this to everyone I come in contact with. I love spending time with family and friends, and am an avid golfer. This summer - I checked off a bucket list item when I played a round at Pebble Beach with my dad; I can confidently say it was one of the best days of my life. I’ve been a resident of the greater Lake Tapps area for the past 28 years and have tried to positively impact my community in a number of ways. For 10 years, I was a major high school and collegiate fundraiser for Movember, and raised $30,000+ dedicated to men’s physical and mental health. Three years ago, I started spearheading my own local fundraiser by running a jacket drive in partnership with the Auburn Food Bank. Every year since we started operations, we’ve been able to bring warm jackets (among other cold weather items) to 700+ families in our community. My wife Shelan and I are currently undertaking a duplex remodel in downtown Sumner, and while it’s been a really fun and eye-opening project - I’ll likely stick to selling real estate versus flipping homes.

How I can help YOU: In general, when people are buying or selling real estate - they are working with the largest investment they will make and I take this very seriously. Early in the process, I work to establish a strong understanding of my client’s short and long term goals, determine the best communication style and method for both of us, and level set process expectations. I take pride in holding myself to a high moral standard & operating with integrity during every conversation, step, and deal and ensure full transparency through detailed communication. I strive to ensure my clients are equipped to make the most educated decisions that are right for them. I’ve developed strong working relationships with numerous partners in the industry in order to surround my clients with people who will work for them to get them to the finish line.

My experience: Real Estate has been part of my family for a combined 70+ years, and I am proud to have started in the industry young. I’ve always been a numbers guy so I operate in statistics, ensuring I’m up to speed with the market through data analytics and continued industry research. As I am entering my sixth year as a Real Estate Agent, and have recently been nominated and selected as one of 55 Rising Agents, beating out 25,000+ other nominees in Washington state. I am certified in the client-centric program Ninja Training. Throughout my first six years, I’ve worked at multiple new construction sites as a site agent. I’ve worked with first time home buyers who are totally new to the process, to local real estate industry leaders - and have made sure to provide every client and partner with a Five star experience.
