I am originally from the Lake Tapps area and I have been wanting to get back, since I moved away about 5 years ago. When my wife and I decided to get serious about it, I reached out to Josh to see if he could help in the buying process and also in selling our current Auburn house. I had only known Josh through mutual friends but from the very first time I messaged him, he always treated me as if I had known him for years.

After a few conversations with Josh, he was quickly able to understand what type of house we were looking for. Then back in February, he got word of a new house coming onto the market that met our criteria perfectly, but he knew about it days before it actually hit Redfin. After taking a tour of this house, my wife and I knew that this would be "The One". However, we weren't feeling very confident because the house had over 100+ people look at it over the weekend. Josh was able to get great intel on the house and sellers, which put us in the best position imaginable. Needless to say, we were able to buy the house at the seller's asking price!
